Terms & Conditions
1. Parties & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between The Mälu Club Limited (Company No. 15059759), registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”, “The Mälu Club”) and you (“Guest”, “you”, “your”), being the individual or entity purchasing an Experience Package for the British Formula 1 Grand Prix 2026 at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire (“the Event”), to be held 3–5 July 2026 (“Event Dates”).
By completing a booking or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2. Experience Packages & Pricing
The following Experience Packages are available. All prices are per person and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate:

Hotel accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights is available as an optional add-on, priced separately. Please contact us for accommodation pricing and availability.
3. Deposit & Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the Event as set out below:

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card (via Stripe), or bank transfer (details provided on invoice). All payments must be received in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the due date.
4. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. A booking confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide within 2 business days of deposit receipt.
5. Non-Refundable Policy & Cancellations
All payments made to The Mälu Club are strictly non-refundable. This includes the deposit and any subsequent balance payments. In the event of cancellation by you for any reason, no refund shall be due. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another named guest, you may do so by notifying us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the Event. A transfer fee of £100 per person may apply. Transfers are subject to our approval and are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation or Changes by The Mälu Club
In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel or significantly alter the Event for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure, government restrictions, venue issues, or F1 event cancellation), we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer one of the following:
- A transfer of your booking to an alternative date or event of equivalent value; or
- A credit note valid for 24 months; or
- A refund of sums paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Our liability to you in the event of cancellation shall not exceed the sums paid by you to us.
7. What’s Included
Subject to these Terms, the following are included in each Experience Package (as applicable to the day(s) purchased):
- F1 Paddock Club access and race viewing from our Private Suite overlooking the Start/Finish Line
- Pit Lane views from the Private Suite
- All-day world-class culinary experience and daytime open bar
- Evening fine dining and entertainment (Friday and Saturday)
- Private transfers to/from the circuit and accommodation
- VIP hostess service
- Official Grand Prix programme
- TV screens and live timing throughout the suite
- Complimentary gifts
Hotel accommodation, flights, and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation.
8. Guest Conduct & Admission
All guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The Mälu Club and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed to be disruptive, offensive, or in breach of applicable laws or venue rules. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
Guests must comply with all applicable laws, the rules and regulations of Silverstone Circuit, and any F1 ticketing terms. The dress code is smart casual to black tie; we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting the dress code.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Proof of age may be requested.
9. Intellectual Property & Media
Photography and video filming for personal use is permitted within our suite. By attending the Event, you consent to The Mälu Club using photographs and video footage taken at the Event (in which you may appear) for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media and our website, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event that you object.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mälu Club’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Event shall not exceed the total sums paid by you under your booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or cancellation of the F1 event by the organiser.
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR. By making a booking, you confirm you have read our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
